Lawsuit Blocking Pine St. Inn Dropped, Development Moves Forward
A lawsuit blocking the redevelopment of the Pine Street Inn shelter in Jamaica Plain over lack of additional parking has been settled, allowing development to move forward in the fall.
Plans call for a redevelopment of the shelter to feature 140 housing units, making the Pine Street Inn project the largest homeless shelter development in the city.
