Lease Signed for 42,000 SF at Under-Construction Somerville Lab
Gene therapy firm Ultragenyx has signed a lease for 42,580 square-feet of floorspace at 26-28 Chestnut Street in Somerville, currently under construction. Named "Brickbottom", plans call for a SF development featuring 200,000 SF of lab research space with a 2-level subterranean parking garage.
