Leasing Announced at Carlyle Crossing
Stonebridge and its leasing partner Bozzuto announced the start of leasing for the Easton, a boutique style building in the Carlyle Crossing Development. The 11-story building will be open for move-ins mid-next month, ahead of the anticipated delivery date of May 11, in which the Wegmans grocery store on the ground floor will be opening. The building will offer 150 large apartments, with the average unit size of 1,049 square feet. Easton boasts nearly 25,000 square feet of exterior amenity space including the neighborhood's three-acre private, elevated terrace park that connects the three residential properties, Easton, Dylan and Reese.
