Leasing Announced for Approved Braintree Research Park
Colliers has begun leasing efforts for Banner Park in Braintree. Recently approved for development, the two-building project will feature 326,000 square-feet of leasable biomanufacturing and industrial floorspace for tenants near I-93 in Braintree along the Weymouth border.
