Leasing Underway for 364-Unit Rental Project in Woodside
MNS Real Estate is currently handling leasing for a brand new, 12-story mixed-use project, at 72-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens.
Developed by , and known as "SOLA", the building contains rental apartments (including 109 affordable housing units), offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities span roughly 20,000 square feet, and include a fitness center, a resident lounge, a dog park, and a rooftop terrace. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , and built by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction financing was provided in the form of a $156 million loan, issued jointly by Canyon Partners and Pacific Western Bank.
