Leasing Underway on Under-Construction 10 Prospect in USQ
Leasing has begun for 10 Prospect, now under construction in Somerville. Part of the massive Union Square development (USQ), 10 Prospect will feature 194,000 SF of Class-A lab/life science floorspace off the MBTA Green Line extension. USQ calls for 2.4 million square feet of development across 15.7-acres.
