Lender Announces $22M Construction Loan for Miami Beach Hotel
Banesco USA has announced a $22,300,000 construction loan for the development of a mixed-use project with plans for a luxury boutique hotel, restaurant, and retail spaces.
1685 Washington Avenue will include 150 hotel rooms, a parking garage with 116 spaces, and retail spaces on the ground floor. There will also be a rooftop restaurant, swimming pool, and deck area.
