Lenox Hill Apartment Building Trades for $128M

A 21-story, residential building, located at 165 East 66th Street in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood, has just been sold for $128 million. The property was purchased by Stonehenge NYC, from the previous owner, CIM Group, in a deal brokered by Eastdil Secured.

Known as "Hanley New York", the 286,775 square-foot building was originally constructed in 1957 and contains 150 rental apartments. It features a number of tenant amenities including a fitness center and a resident lounge.
