Lesley University Makes Historic Purchase
Lesley University has acquired the property at 99 Brattle Street in Cambridge for $25 million.
The property features a 4.4-acre campus that has been home to the Episcopal Divinity School since 1867 (as Episcipol Theological School).
The campus includes five buildings and the remaining half of a shared structure, including a number of Roxbury puddingstone buildings trimmed with limestone or red brick totaling 96,800 square-feet.
