Letter of Intent Filed for 6-Story Multifamily Project in Allston
A Letter of Intent was filed for a proposed 6-story multifamily building in Allston off Braintree Street. Anchor Line Partners proposes building 120 residential units in a new 84,000 SF building, razing the current property in the process. The project would create 60 at-grade and below-grade parking spaces, as well as 120 bicycle spaces. The site is currently occupied by the Eastern Millwright Regional Council.
