Liberty Place Apartments Receives $1.93M From HPTF
Mayor Bowser has announced that at the close of the 2020 Fiscal Year the Department of Housing and Community Development has committed more than $104.5 million from the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) to 22 projects that will create or preserve more than 1,000 affordable housing units for District residents. Liberty Place Apartments will receive $1.93M. The upcoming project will include 71 affordable housing units in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.
