Life Science Firm Leases 39K SF at Under-Construction 100 Forge
Affini-T Therapeutics has signed a lease for 39,000 SF of space at 100 Forge, currently under construction in Watertown. Part of the larger Arsenal Yards, the upcoming nine-story, 165,600 square-foot life science building is expected to be available in Fall 2022.
