Lincoln Square Apartment Building Trades for $266M

A 26-story apartment building, located at 140 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square, Manhattan has just been sold for $266 million. The structure was purchased by A&E Real Estate Holdings from the previous owner, , in a deal brokered by Darcy Stacom.

It contains apartment units and square feet of commercial retail space, divided among 5 units on the ground floor.

Originally constructed in 2002, the building stands feet tall and totals square feet.

Building features and tenant amenities include an enclosed parking garage, a pet spa, a wine shop, a grocery store, on-site restaurants, residential lounges, and a preschool. The building also has an outdoor courtyard and a fitness center.

Residents have easy access to the 1, 2, and 3 subway lines with quick commute times downtown. The building is positioned behind Riverside Park, which provides for expansive views of the Hudson River and New Jersey to the opposite bank.
