Lincoln Square Apartment Building Trades for $415M

A 33-story apartment building, located at 160 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square, Manhattan has just been sold for $415 million. The structure was purchased by A&E Real Estate Holdings from the previous owner, Equity Residential, in a deal brokered by CBRE.

It contains rental apartments, square feet of ground floor retail space, and square feet of office space.

Originally constructed in 1999, the dual-towered building stands  feet tall and totals  square feet.

Building features and tenant amenities include an enclosed parking garage, a fitness center, a package facility, a children's room, lobby lounge spaces, a recreation room, and a bike storage area.

Residents have easy access to the 1, 2, and 3 subway lines with quick commute times downtown. The building is positioned behind Riverside Park, which provides expansive views of the Hudson River and New Jersey to the opposite bank.
