Local Developer Acquires Former GE Site in Medford
Woburn-based, North Shore Residential Development Inc, has acquired the property at 320 Middlesex Ave in Medford for $8,551,507.
The Property features 6.53 acres of industrially zoned land and is the former GE Medford site. Preliminary site planning allows for two separate lots of 5.77 acres and .76 acres with the ability to put a single-story building of up to 88,000 square-feet on the 5.77-acre lot alone.
