LOI Filed for 109 Unit Roxbury Project
A Letter of Intent has been filed for a 100K+ SF mixed-use project at 1 Melnea Cass Blvd in Roxbury. The new building would include 109 units with both rental and homeownership units, 7,500 square feet of commercial space including a proposed 3,000 square foot Museum/ Gallery/ Café, and 7 live-work units. Plans also call for a public park to be tentatively called “Roxbury Gateway Park”.
