LOI Filed for 142K Industrial Development in Roxbury
F.W. Webb has filed a letter of intent for the development of a 3.28-acre site in the Roxbury section of Boston.
Plans call for the combination of 3 lots and development of a 66,000 SF F.W. Webb warehouse, distribution, and retail facility with approximately 24,000 square feet of subsurface parking.
