LOI Filed for 2 Building Mixed-Use Project in Allston
Bracken Development has filed a letter of intent to construct a 2 building mixed-use project at 119 Braintree Street in Allston. The new project would include a 12 story, 400,000 square foot commercial building along with a 6-story 95 unit residential building. The development would also include a landscaped public outdoor space adjacent to and under the Everett Street bridge.
