LOI Filed for 300 Key Hotel On Stanhope Street in Back Bay
H.N. Gorin & Masterworks Development have filed a Letter of Intent for a 124,000 square foot hotel to be located at 39 Stanhope Street in Back Bay. The existing 2-story building on the site would be demolished to make way for the approximately 230 foot, 300 key hotel. No parking would be located on-site.
