LOI Filed for 55 Unit Project at 115 Worcester St. in the South End
LIHC Investment Group, the owners of the Concord Houses at 715-725 Tremont Street in the South End have submitted an LOI for a new construction multi-family building on the surface parking lot/private outdoor space behind these buildings. The 115 Worcester street building would include 55 units ranging in size from studios through 3 bedrooms. The development would also include 41 parking spaces for the new building and 19 spaces for the existing development.
