LOI Filed for 68 Unit Project in Dorchester
The JPNDC has filed a letter of intent for the site at 4-20 Cheney Street on the Dorchester/Roxbury line. The new project would include 68 units in total, 59 senior rental units, and 9 homeownership units, all units would be designated affordable. The project program also calls for comprehensive resident services for tenants, including PACE services for any neighborhood resident enrolled in the program and other services for special needs populations as appropriate.
