LOI Filed for 72-Unit Development at Upham's Corner
JLCD Development, LLC has submitted a letter of intent for redevelopment of 554-562 Columbia Road in the Upham's Corner section of Dorchester.
Plans call for a 72-unit, 60,089 SF building retaining the existing ground floor retailers. The development would retrofit the upper levels of the existing Fox Hall building while adding a 4-6 story development on the rear of the building.
