LOI Filed for Allston Project to Include New Space for Great Scott
A Letter of Intent has been filed for a mixed-use project at the corner of Harvard Avenue & Cambridge Street in Allston. The development will include music performance space, housing, & neighborhood retail/food beverage space. O'Brien's Pub, currently on the site will be reconstructed and paired with a new space for the beloved music performance space, Great Scott. Above the ground floor, separated by an acoustical barrier, the building will offer 139 residential units.
