LOI Filed for Mixed-Use Project at 1595-1599 Columbus Ave.
Urban Edge has filed an LOI that proposes to demo the existing buildings at 1595 - 1599 Columbus Ave. and replace them with a new 6-story mixed-use building. The new building would include around 65 affordable housing units and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail/commercial space. The development team expects to submit the full PNF in the coming weeks.
