LOI Submitted for 133-Unit Development on a Back Bay Parking Lot

A letter of intent has been filed by Trinity Financial for a 133-unit development in Back Bay. Trinity Back Bay Development, LLC - a joint partnership between Trinity Financial and the Harvard Club of Boston proposes redevelopment of the parcels of land at 415 Newbury Street and 374 Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay, which are presently occupied by the Harvard Club of Boston and a surface parking lot. The development would include construction of a new, approximately 123,000 square foot, eleven (11)-story building containing member, fitness, and athletic facilities on the first three floors and approximately 95 residential units on the upper floors, to replace the existing Newbury Street-facing "Annex" of the Harvard Club. A new, 3- story building would be constructed on the surface parking lot containing 38 residential units and parking for approximately 125 vehicles.
