LOI Submitted for 68,000 SF Mix-Use Development in Back Bay
A letter of intent has been filed to the BPDA for a new development on Boylston Street in Back Bay. Tavistock Group proposes a new 8-story, 68,000 SF mixed-use development that would include 19,200 SF of residential space across 9 units, 15,700 SF of retail space, and 23,500 SF of office space.
The proposed development would include an additional 5 stories built atop the original 3-story building.
