LOI Submitted for First Phase of 900,000 SF Harvard Enterprise Research Campus
Tishman Speyer has submitted an LOI for the first phase development of the 900,000 SF Harvard Enterprise Research Campus in Allston. The developer has proposed 250,000 SF of residential space across two buildings, 440,000 SF of office/lab space, and a 250-key hotel with a 75,000 SF conference center.
Harvard Allston Land Company selected Tishman Speyer as the preferred developer for the initial phase of Harvard University’s Enterprise Research Campus in 2019.
