LOI Submitted for Parcels O and P in Seaport
Marcus Partners has submitted an LOI to the BPDA for the redevelopment of parcels O and P. Plans call for construction of a new 219,000 SF lab/life science building and reuse of an existing 9,000 SF structure. The property currently contains two parcels containing 93,661 SF of industrial space.
