Longpoint Realty Secures Peabody Last-Mile Warehouse for $36.5 Million

Hunneman Management Company sold 11 Centennial Drive to buyer LBH-11 Centennial Drive, LLC - a subsidiary of Longpoint Realty Partners - for $36,521,700. The last-mile distribution center features 217,592 square feet of Class-A space and is fully leased by Cardinal Health. The sale was announced and brokered by Newmark.

“11 Centennial Drive is a prime ‘last-mile’ facility given its cross-dock functionality and proximity to both Logan International Airport and Downtown Boston,” said Tony Coskren, Executive Managing Director of Newmark US Capital Markets. “The Interstate 95/Route 128 corridor is undergoing exceptional growth as a premier alternative for industrial and life science users that are increasingly being displaced from Greater Boston’s urban core by its skyrocketing rental rates and decreasing supply.”

11 Centennial Drive is located in Centennial Park, a 300-acre campus comprising 2.5 million square feet of office, R&D, technology, warehouse, manufacturing, and healthcare in Peabody, MA.
