Longtime owner of 1.81-acre Morrissey Boulevard parcel seeks development partner or ground lessee
The Phillips family, longtime owners of the 1.81-acre 780 Morrissey Boulevard parcel in Dorchester, is seeking a partner or ground lessee to develop the property. The Old Colony House and Freeport Tavern, two longtime restaurants owned by the Phillips family which operated on the property, closed this past January. The Phillips family has listed the property for development through broker Colliers International.
