Loomis Sayles Ink Long Term Lease at One Financial Center, Nearly 300K SF
Loomis, Sayles & Company have signed a long term lease at One Financial Center in Downtown Boston's Dewey Square. The 232,000 SF lease, set to expire in 2037, represents the largest office space signed in Greater Boston since 2019.
The 46-story, 1.3 million square foot Class A office tower opened in 1984 and features 250 parking spaces in a two-level below-grade garage and is located adjacent to South Station.
