Lower East Side Rental Building Trades for $63.5M
A 16-story residential building, located at 167 Chrystie Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side has just been sold for $63.5 million. The structure was purchased by Hubb NYC from the previous owner and developer, Be Aviv, in a deal brokered by Blackshore Realty Group.
Known as "171 Chrystie", the building was recently completed in the fall of this past year and contains rental apartments. This count mostly consists of market-rate units, with a select amount of affordable dwellings on offer.
Tenant amenities include a fitness center with a sauna, a pet spa, an outdoor lounge, a rooftop garden, and a bike storage area. The building also offers square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
Designed by , 171 Chrystie stands feet tall and totals square feet.
