LPC Begins Work on Wrentham Warehouse
Lincoln Property Company has begun site work on a new speculative warehouse development at 404 Green Street. The 176,800 SF Class A high-bay warehouse will be located on a 34.48-acre site just off Interstate 495 in Wrentham. In addition to 32 foot clear heights, the facility will feature 35 dock doors with vision panels, mechanical levelers, dock seals and dock lights, 33 trailer parking spaces, 60 foot speed bays, 130 foot truck court and 113 car parking spaces. Energy efficient systems include LED sensor lighting, ESFR sprinklers and 16 clearstory windows above truck doors in lieu of skylights.
