LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 1,745± acre mixed-use property in Fort Myers, FL, for $100,000,000. The property was acquired by Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. The property is located at 4101 Burnt Store Road, Cape Coral, FL 33982. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and William Rollins, CCIM, ALC, of LSI Companies, Inc.
