Luxury 18-Story Condo Tower Passes Halfway Mark on UWS

, is now more than halfway to topping out the concrete superstructure of an 18-story, residential tower, going up at 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side.

Designed by Hill West Architects, the building will stand
