Luxury 18-Story Condo Tower Tops Out on UWS

, has topped out the concrete superstructure of an 18-story, residential tower, going up at 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side.

Developed by

, and known as "The Henry", the building is set to contain

luxury condo units. Plans also call for a number of tenant amenities,

square feet of retail space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for

vehicles.

Designed by Hill West Architects, the building stands
