Luxury 55-Story Miami Office Tower Leases 53,000 Square Feet
Chicago-based law firms Baker McKenzie and Winston & Strawn LLP have each signed leases with 830 Brickell, a 55-story, Class A+ Miami office tower. Baker McKenzie's lease is for 18,000 square feet, while Winston & Strawn signed for 35,000 square feet, the largest expansion for the firm in 5 years. The firms join recent signees Sidley Austin and Citadel who agreed to leases of 60,000 and 90,000 square feet, respectively.
830 Brickell, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, stands at 724 feet and includes 640,000 square feet of office space and 8 stories of parking. The property developers, OKO Group and Cain Intertnational, expect the building to be completed in late 2022.
