Luxury Apartment Project Breaks Ground in Kips Bay
Developer and general contractor, , has held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction for a new, 12-story residential development, set to rise at 429 2nd Avenue in Manhattan's Kips Bay neighborhood.
Dubbed "Aero", the building will offer high-end rental apartments, with common spaces designed by Paris Forino.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center with a steam room and a sauna, a roof deck with a garden, and a coworking area, with conference and media rooms.
Designed by DXA Studio with Morali Architects serving as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The new building will replace a 3-story commercial building, which has already been demolished at the site. The project is expected to complete sometime in 2025.
