Luxury Condo Development Tops Out in East Midtown
A luxury residential development at 115 East 55th Street in East Midtown has just topped out at 18-stories. In addition, facade work is progressing quickly. The 185-foot tall building is being developed by Zeckendorf Development and will hold 62 condominium units.
The building was designed by SLCE Architects and has a lavish facade that encases 71,691 sqft of floor space. The design creates a stark contrast with the cutting-edge aesthetic of 425 Madison Avenue next door. JM Zoning is the general contractor for the project and work is expected to finish in March of 2022.
