Luxury Condominium Development Planned in Westshore Yacht Club
A Miami-based developer, Eddie Avila, has plans for a luxury condominium development in south Tampa’s Westshore Yacht Club. Three luxury condominium towers will rise on the last vacant parcels. The first tower of Aqua will include 77 condominiums. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, owners lounge, spa, fitness center, private dining room for catered events, residents sports bar and game room, third floor pool and co-working space. The Westshore Yacht Club Community features the 149 slip Oasis Marina and Bay Club that includes a spa, restaurant, two pools and event space. Plans are to launch presales for tower one in January 2023.
