Luxury Vacation Community Being Launched in Davenport, Florida
Developer Urban Network Capital Group is launching a mixed-use luxury vacation hotel community, Visions Orlando, in Davenport, Florida less than 20 miles Disney World. The gated, eco-friendly community will include multiple components. Illusions will offer 48 single-family homes with seven and eight bedrooms. Reflections will consist of 132 5 and 6-bedroom townhomes. Inspirations will feature 182 one and two-bedroom condo hotel units. In addition to the residential communities, Visions will include Dreams, a 15,000+ square feet retail plaza and pedestrian walkway. Amenities include a 12,000-sqaure foot clubhouse, water deck with resort-style pool and jacuzzi, kids water park and cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts and a wellness center. Construction of the first phase of townhomes and single-family homes is slated to begin in the second quarter 2023. Completion, including the hotel component, is expected in the second quarter 2024.
