Lynn Development Site Acquired for $6.65M
A series of parcels in downtown Lynn have been acquired by The Procopio Companies for $6.65M. The land, just under 1 acre, is located at 40 Central Square & 510 Washington St. and currently features a series of office & retail buildings. Procopio is currently developing Caldwell, a 250+ unit mixed-use project just around the corner from this site.
