MAA Acquires Orlando Apartment Community for $84.25 Million
In the second-largest multi-family transaction in the Orlando Market in 2024, MAA acquired The Landings at Boggy Creek and rebranded the community as MAA Boggy Creek. MAA acquitted the property from Watkins Real Estate Group, Newark Group facilitated the deal The community offers 310 apartment units. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range from 728 to 1,527 square feet. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse with billiards and kitchen, business center, conference room, fire pit area, grilling station, walking trail and pet park. The community is located in the Lake Nona neighborhood, southeast of Orlando International Airport.
