Major Construction Loan Obtained for Hells Kitchen Tower
A major construction loan has just been obtained for a 47-story tower project at 550 Tenth Avenue in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood. Wells Fargo and US Bank lent a combined $212 million to a development joint venture between Goldman Sachs and Gotham Organization.
The loan will be used to construct a square-foot development, designed by . It would contain residential units, square feet of retail, and square feet of office space. It will have a long list of tenant amenities including a fitness center, several residential lounges, co-working spaces, rooftop decks, and outdoor terraces.
