Major Food Group Exits JV to Develop 888 Brickell Tower
JDS Development's Michael Stern and Major Food Group's Jeff Zalaznick announced in a joint statement that Major Food Group will no longer be involved in the project planned at 888 Brickell Avenue in Miami. The project is now simply being called "888".
888 Brickell, formerly known as "Major Brickell" is an 82-story, 1,049-foot supertall skyscraper at 888 Brickell Avenue. The project would include 259 condos, 50,490 square feet of restaurant and event spaces, and 250 stacked parking spaces via a car elevator. The tower will include 100,000 square feet of amenities including a private club.
