Major Prospect Heights Project Tops Out
The superstructures of a two-building residential development at 595 Dean Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn have recently topped out at 22 and 27 stories. Designed by Handel Architects, the massive TF Cornerstone development will soon contain apartments, including 240 affordable units.
Constructed by TFC Pacific Park GC LLC, the towers come as part of the 15-building, 22-acre Pacific Park development plan. In addition to residential units, the towers will have ground-floor retail space, 72,600 square feet of open public park space, and a shared underground parking garage with enough capacity to handle vehicles.
In addition, the project will include the construction of a new, 103,000 square foot, Chelsea Piers Field House location. This will contain a health club, sports facilities, a fitness center, a pool for swimming lessons, classrooms, and youth center activities. 595 Dean Street as a whole will total square feet, and work is expected to finish in the spring of 2023.
