Majority of Foundation Work Complete at Sedna Building A
The majority of the foundation work on Sedna Building A is now complete. This week the masons and plumbers will be onsite beginning their phases in an effort to get a slab in and wall panels going right after the New Year.
Sedna Beverly is an upcoming multi-family, transit-oriented development located on a 3.78-acre waterfront site at 10-16 Congress Street. The two-building project will include 62 apartments along with a public waterfront park, 1500 feet of boardwalk, and 1200 feet of new sea wall. Sedna is located only a 10-minute walk to the MBTA, beaches, parks, marinas and Beverly’s vibrant downtown! The first units are expected to be completed in Q3 2020.
