Malden Multifamily Secures $12.5M Construction Loan
Bay State Commons LLC has secured a $12,530,000 in financing through Institution for Savings for 368 Pleasant Street in Malden. The upcoming 30 unit cohousing community will feature private units along with 5,000 square feet of expanded common spaces, including a meeting & workroom, entertainment room, woodshop, yoga/workout studio, kids’ playroom, and arts and music rooms. Construction is expected to last through late 2021.
