Manassas Shopping Plaza Acquired for $22.5M
Willard Retail & Buchanan Partners have acquired the Parkridge Center for $22.5M. The 312,000-square-foot shopping center sits on a 44-acre site and is currently anchored by Kohls and Old Navy. The site will drop from an 80% occupancy rate to 61% with the closure of Regal Cinemas due to the pandemic.
