Mark Development Closes on 12 Kempton Place, Part of Dunstan East Development
Mark Development has purchased 12 Kempton Place in Newton for $1.3M. The parcel is one of 7 included in the approximately 3.17 acre proposed 40B project, Dustan East. The project, under review now and on the agenda for Newton's May Virtual Zoning Board of Appeals meeting would include 3 three buildings in total. Plans cal 244 units, 61 designated affordable along with 12,141 square feet of retail space.
